After getting rid of the previous model's ovals, ovals, and ovals, the 2000 Ford
Taurus comes with a new and attractive look – sleek and fresh. This year’s Taurus
is available with upgraded powertrains that gives energetic reaction. Its suitably
smooth and comfortable handling provides sporting crispness to gratify the driver.
2000 Taurus comes in base LX Sedan, the high-end SE Sedan and Wagon. SE Sedan

mirrors, alloy wheels, AM/FM cassette stereo and six-passenger seating and remote
keyless entry. SE Wagon has additional four-wheel disc brakes and anti-lock braking

V6 that cranks out 200 horsepower at 5750 and 200 foot-pounds of torque at 4500
rpm. Going inside the vehicle, you will notice that its interior is admirably
simple and the controls and instrumentation are uncomplicated and easy to operate.
Taurus’ adjustable pedals are well-publicized, giving a comfortable driving position,
even for drivers with short stature. The small-diameter steering wheel has a pleasantly
thick grip and is wrapped with leather. Taurus’ easy-to-operate buttons which
are used in operating the cruise controls are placed on the steering wheel. It
